And while we love ourselves a small (okay, generous) slice of pie or even an occasional PSL, do we really need to slather it all over our face via masks and creams?

What You'll Need:
- 1/2 oz. canned pumpkin
- 1/2 oz. sweet potato
- 1 tsp. honey (for optimum brightening, try raw manuka honey)
- 1 tbsp. plain Greek yogurt
- Pinch ofВ cinnamon
- Mix ingredients together in a bowl.
- Apply to damp skin, and leave on for 10 minutes. (We suggest wine and Lifetime as companions while you wait.)
- Rinse off with lukewarm water and a muslin cloth.
- Repeat weekly.
In addition to the surplus of vitamins and minerals from the pumpkin and sweet potato, both honey and cinnamon have antibacterial properties that will help prevent breakouts and maintain skin's clarity. Plus, according to Vargas, the lactic acid in the Greek yogurt soothes and smooths dry skin while helping reduce the appearance of pores and wrinkles.
